  I didn't get the name of our server when a party of six of us went for a weeknight dinner, but she was accomodating. We had a couple of people arrive late and one person in our party had to go to another appointment so had to leave early. They handled it well. And I liked the way that any worker helps you, they don't just tell you they'll get your server.
  
  So why all the reviews about bad service? I'm puzzled. Maybe the owner saw Yelp and they made changes? But service is fine. Although I've only been there once.
  
  It's a small venue that looks like a chain. I know it's not, but it has been modeled to look like one. The patio actually looks more spacious than the interior.
  
  I would return. Our party seemed to like the food fine except that my friend who had the spicy pasta said it was really spicy, and my mom said her dish wasn't spicy enough (not the same dish). The server took my friend's dish back and had the chef redo it. That's always a nice touch.
  
  I liked my entree just fine. I will definitely return if anyone I know suggests it.
  
  Update:
  Returned tonight. Pretty good service. Add-ones are affordable; $5 salad, $4 soup.
  
  I see no reason not to return. We're going back.

  Pretty good restaurant located in a busy shopping center. Looking at the exterior of the building, you wouldn't expect to walk into a quite attractive interior. The restaurant was clean and almost totally empty (besides 2 other tables) on a Saturday around 5pm. There's outdoor patio seating available as well.
  
  Though there were only 2 other tables, it took us a bit to get seated. After ordering, the food took FOREVER to come out....almost a full hour!  Our party of 5 was starving and our server never came over to update us on the status of our dinner until one of us walked up to ask. Would have been nice to have some bread to tide us down. When the food finally did come, it was pretty good. I had the salmon picatta and a taste of the lobster ravioli. Both dishes came hot and tasted fresh. The bathrooms are clean. Service was friendly but just ok.

  Hands down, THE BEST Italian food we have had in years!!!! WOW PASTA MIA
  
  The Chef and Owner, personally waited on my Husband, 6 yr old Granddaughter and me, Friday July 19th.
  We ordered bruschetta and calamari as appetizers. I ordered the blackened fettuccine.
  
  Our Granddaughter is EXTREMELY picky. We ordered her spaghetti and meat balls (meatballs on the side). She loves spaghetti but we can never get her to eat or try proteins in general.
  
  I cut up her food and insisted she eat 1/2 of a meatball. Her eyes lit up, she pulled the bowl towards her, and DEVOURED the food. She ate all her meatballs and wanted some of my Hubbys. WOW, JUST WOW!!! That never happens!!
  
  We repeatedly thanks Jose who waited on us phenomenally all evening.
  We now have a new go to restaurant.
  Super reasonable, excellent service and the food is YUMMMMMY!!!!

  Excellent service!! Lasagna and Angel Hair Pomodoro were tasty!
  Didn't care too much for the garlic bread.
  
  Update 5/16/19
  I came in for lunch with co-workers and ordered the GF Spaghetti with meatballs. It was just ok, pasta was a little undercooked, meatballs tasted very processed.
  My co-workers did like the buffet selections.

  First time at this restaurant and was very pleased. Large delicious portions. Prices are very reasonable. Staff was very kind and attentive. Will be coming back.
